Here at Life.Church, our internship program allows young adults to serve in the church and gain experience in ministry. But we don't like to wait until a young person is college age before they're allowed to serve. We've found that if middle and high school students are taught the value of being plugged in, they'll be more likely to grown into adults that serve. Don't neglect to teach your children the values that you want to see in your adult culture.
